Question: I file the I-130 petition for my mom and am wondering How long it will take for USCIS to approve my petition?
Answer: In general it would take anywhere from 4-8 years. You can get a more accurate answer from uscis.gov. I am attaching the links. It would basically depend on which center you applied to.
